Architectural Review Information

If you want to change the exterior of your home in any way, we recommend submitting an ARC Request. Each HOA has its own specific guidelines and rules about what is allowed and not allowed in a community. Once your request is approved keep your approval letter on file for the future.

When submitting an ARC request be sure to include:

– Pictures of the property in its current state

-Supporting documents explaining the project

(Examples: Paint Swatches, Description of Materials, Contractor Drawing Etc.)

If a request for an ARC is not submitted with enough information, it may be rejected due to insufficient information.

Once your request is received, it should process within 24-48 business hours (times may vary depending on holidays). Most communities are allowed a 30 day review period, however, the review period for your community may be different based on your governing documents. Please refer to your HOAs governing documents for specifics.

-The Architectural Review Committee reserves the right to request more information to clarify each application. Installation prior to proper approval is not in accordance with the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and could result in a violation.

-Approval by the ARC does not in any way guarantee approvals by the City, County, or any other such agencies, and all such approvals or permits are the responsibility of the applicant.

-If your ARC request was denied, you will need to submit a NEW request for approval.  All denial letters should be clear as to why the ARC Request was denied.
